Absinthe update

Word on the street says that Puget Sound Pizza is now serving absinthe, and Paddy Coyne's is continuing to sell out of it.

I've also heard that the Top of Tacoma Bar and Cafe is considering carrying this style of hard alcohol that was forever banned by the Washington State Liquor Control Board until recently.

Those who are wondering if absinthe really will make you go crazy should rest assured that Paddy Coyne's patrons have not yet gone bonkers after sipping on this forbidden treat.

I might have to put that bottle to the test.
